GAME SUMMARY
A hot July day made for a low scoring game. Thunder pitchers Richard Harris, Hanson Williams, and John Pekar went 8 innings allowing a combined 5 hits of shut out baseball. Hanson was the player of the game offensively sparking the Thunder, going 3 for 4 with two doubles, a single and 2 RBIs For the Splitters, Greg Kaz pitched all 8 innings (thank you Thunder) in 94 degree heat and only gave up 2 earned runs.  Kudos!
